Slique in 60 Challenge - Week 4

We are four weeks into the Slique in 60 Challenge.  Everyday for the last four weeks I have taken the Slique CitraSlim Caps as directed, replaced one meal a day with a Slique Shake, and have occasionally enjoyed a cup of Slique Tea.  I’ve slowly been ramping up my exercise and eating mostly whole foods.  By Week 2 I had considerable more energy, which as a busy mom of 6 is priceless.  Week 3 I noticed my strength was beginning to increase.  I have been able to go running with the kids and do some HIIT workouts with my husband, something I have not been able to do these past 18 months!  

The problem is, I’m super competitive (always have been).  So now that I’m feeling able to work out I’m constantly pushing myself more and more.  That’s all fine and good until you wake up feeling 80 years old the next morning 🤣. But thanks to Young Living’s AminoWise electrolyte drink and PanAway Essential Oil to  help me recover, I’ve missed very few days of working out.

The scale still isn’t moving much (down about a half pound), but check out these measurements!

Super pleased with those results!  After nearly 9 straight years of wearing maternity pants and sweats I’m ready for a new wardrobe!!!

I’ve loved hearing the stories of others taking the challenge.  One of Sam’s good friends said he’s down several pounds, feeling great, and should have listened to Sam a year ago.  That’s what this Challenge is all about; encouraging and spurring one another on to a life of wellness.  I love our Young Living Tribe ❤️.  I would love for you to join us on this journey.  Let’s do this!
