Slique in 60 Challenge - Week 2




Last year my husband took the Slique in 60 Challenge and said goodbye to 35 pounds.  You can watch my interview with him on YouTube.  I declared 2018 my year to get fit and boost my wellness regimen.  As a busy homeschooling mama of 6 children under the age of 9, it can be hard to find time to take care of myself.  



Perhaps some of you are feeling the same way - struggling with time to fit it all in, wondering if it's worth it, thinking it's impossible...  Only 2 weeks in but I can already confidently say to make the time, it's worth it, and it is possible!!!




The biggest result noticed this week is increased energy, which is far more precious to me than the actual weight loss!  I feel like I gained an extra hour or two in my day and found myself making it through the day without extra cups of coffee.  Before this week I didn't think it was possible to parent or adult without at least two cups of coffee.  I even refer to it as my sanity juice.  Turns out I was wrong!
