Wellness Challenge Day 6


Wow!  The first week is almost over!  I know I have been feeling lots of spiritual warfare.  The devil would like nothing more than to make you feel defeated, downtrodden, and give up!  Keep pressing on.  Keep your eyes fixed upon Jesus.  Remember WHY you are doing this journey.

ANOINT:  Apply Inner Child around navel and on chest, temples, and nose.

***The fragrance of Inner Child may stimulate memory response and help one reconnect with their inner-self or own identity, which is one of the first steps to finding emotional balance.***




STUDY:  Read Mark 10:13-16 and Mark 13:10-33; Read Regaining Childlike Faith

JOURNAL: What does it mean to "receive the kingdom of God like a child"?  What stumbling blocks are preventing your "Inner Child" from shining?  

PRAY: Pray Hebrews 12:1-2.

SHARE: A story from childhood that exemplifies childlike faith.


Day 6 Checklist:
✔️Bible Study, Journal, Pray
✔️Drink 7+ glasses of water (the goal we are working towards is to drink half of your body weight in ounces daily)


✔️”Clean” Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
✔️ Food Enzyme with dinner (we want to absorb as many nutrients and amino acids as we can from our food), then Probiotic before bed (to restore healthy gut bacteria)
✔30+ Minutes of Family Fitness.  Go for a walk, play a sports game, play tag, chase, red rover, make an obstacle course... anything to help bring out that Inner Child and have some fitness fun!
