Wellness Challenge - Day 5

You are all doing so well!  I have loved seeing everyone's check-ins of the facebook page.  You can check in here by leaving a comment as well.  Don't forget to grab your drink of water and let's get started!

ANOINT:  Apply Present Time clockwise over the thymus (down the sternum - middle front of ribs) in a circular motion; close eyes and tap three times iwht energy fingers (pointer and middle).  Also apply to neck and forehead.  

***Present Time has an empowering fragrance that heightens the sense of being "in the moment".  Concentrating on the past can be counterproductive.  We cannot live yesterday; we cannot live tomorrow; we have to live today.  You can go forward and progress when you focus on the present time.***

STUDY:  Read Matthew 6:25-34

JOURNAL: Go for a walk in the woods or look out the window.  Do you see any birds?  Sketch a drawing and write out Matthew 6:25-34.  

PRAY: Praise God for the many times he has cared for you in the past.  Turn over all your worries and anxieties to God.

SHARE: A way you have seen God's faithfulness, either in nature or in your own circumstances.  

Day 5 Checklist:
✔️Bible Study, Journal, Pray
✔️Drink 6+ glasses of water (the goal we are working towards is to drink half of your body weight in ounces daily)
✔️”Clean” Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
✔️ Food Enzyme with dinner (we want to absorb as many nutrients and amino acids as we can from our food)
✔20 minute walk - can be broken up into two 10 minute walks.  If possible, walk on a nature trail or through a park.
